Where does bible prophecy fit into prepping?

bible prepping

I must admit, I am not the most knowledgable or devout Christian that you will find.  Actually, throughout my life, I went through a period of being raised Roman Catholic, turning agnostic, and then finding my way back to Christianity.  It is perhaps this unbiasedness that will help influence my point – that is, there is an undeniable resemblance of what is called out in the bible to what is currently happening around the world.

If you are prepping because you are aware that things are not as they seem, or as they are suppose to be, perhaps you have been bestowed with a gift.  If you have a couple minutes, join me for a chat on this.

Mike, I’m very happy to hear this new message. My favorite biblical reference to prepping is the story of Joseph in Egypt, when he told Pharoah to save food for 7 years because there would be a famine following that time, and of course, there was. What is that but an example of prepping? Enjoyed your message very much. Keep up the good work as it is evidently your gift!

Thank you for this video. It is very thought-provoking.

One of the reasons I think why so many aren’t preparing is because they can no longer think properly. That’s what having a “reprobate” mind IS…the inability to think logically and reach sound conclusions. Take a look at Romans 1:28:
“And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not proper,…”

I have often wondered if God is using Christians to prepare in order to leave much behind after the Rapture. There will be many who come to the Lord during the Tribulation period, and the provisions left behind will help to prolong some lives long enough for the Lord’s purposes and for those who will finally heed the calling and repent of their sins for His salvation. Just like the Lord pre-positioned Joseph to be in Egypt and in authority to help his family and brethren, perhaps we, too are pre-positioned for something similar.

With all your preps, be sure to leave “the letter” to loved ones and several Bibles!
