Billy Graham’s Death Marks “Prophetic” Claims

Wednesday, February 21, 2018

Earlier today, BBC announced the official passing of what is considered to be one of the best-known promoters of Christianity, reaching an estimated 210 million people during his career. Interestingly enough, there is already a mass of confusion as many who search for details on Graham’s death are confronted with older news sites declaring his death to be fake news. These reports stem from another announcement of Graham’s death that was released in 2014 as an internet hoax, leading many to believe he passed before his time. This time, the news has been confirmed by both the BBC, CBS and ABC news.

Although many are deeply saddened by this loss, still there are many others who contest that Billy Graham’s evangelism actually did more harm than good to the Christian cause, leading potentially hundreds of thousands of new converts into Catholic churches across the U.S., something that most protestants view as both concerning and damaging for the reformed Christian faith. There were many more concerns with Graham’s life and career as well, to include his peculiar connections with free masonic organizations and his popular quotes that seem to directly support universalist theology – a theology expressly conflicting with the words of Jesus Christ and the doctrines of the new testament.

One such quote comes from Billy Graham’s visit to the Larry King show, where Larry asked Graham, “If it was half time at the super bowl and you have 30 seconds, what would you say to everyone?” Graham stated that

“I would tell them to think about another game, the game of life. And to be sure they’re on God’s side. And He will answer their prayers if he will make that commitment to him.”

But there’s another interesting aspect to this event. Well-known and highly controversial televangelist Benny Hinn made a shocking prediction concerning the revival of the church leading into the end-times – and his most shocking prediction was that the death of Billy Graham would mark the beginning of this new era in world history. With so many Christians worldwide that deny both the authenticity of Billy Graham and Benny Hinn, the question still has to be asked. Whether contrived or authentic, are we set to see “big changes” for the Church now that this marker has been passed? With the credibility of these men so widely debated, is it likely that dramatic changes are on the horizon or will this turn out to be just another prophetic flop? What do you think? We’d like to hear your thoughts on this subject so don’t forget to comment below.

Christian Truthers & OPP – Superbowl, Christian Deception & More

Tuesday, February 6, 2018

Mike (On Point Preparedness) and Justin (Christian Truthers) trade thoughts on symbolism and the “one world church” agenda propagated by the 2018 Super Bowl. Justin explains his concern with the “Christian” straw-men fallacies that seem to used against the modern church. Mike gives us a sneak-peek at his studio setup. Q&A topics are addressed concerning the Seventh-Day Adventist Church (SDA), rapture and tribulation possibilities, the 3 types of “judgement” used in the Greek-Hebrew scriptures and more.

Christian Truthers: Faith is a Verb

Saturday, February 3, 2018

Since days long past when the apostles of Jesus Christ roamed the earth, fulfilling the great commission given to them by our Messiah, millions of people have sought to better understand the writings of the original disciples. Such fervor and discipline has been given to dissecting and consuming the written words of these men and the happenings of Jesus Christ, that unwavering disagreements over time have led to hundreds, if not thousands of church splits across the “Christian” denominations. Even to this day; however, Biblical scholars, teachers, preachers and other individuals still find themselves researching and answering again, a seemingly fundamental debate – the argument of salvation through “faith” alone or some form of salvation through “faith + works.”

How can there be such disagreement on such a fundamental issue?

With seemingly inconsistent statements within scripture, and radically varying personal beliefs on the true method of salvation by faith, I think it’s high time we took a much closer look at what biblical faith really is. You might just find that understanding this single word’s meaning may not only reconcile passionate disagreements, but more importantly, the Word of God itself. After all, the Word of God never contradicts itself when the true contextual meanings are revealed.

If you’ve already watched our video “The Stolen Faithfulness Mystery” which dives deep into what the fruit of the Spirit of faith truly is and how it’s applied, then you may already have an idea of how to answer this age old question that seems to beguile generations of so called “believers”… What does the Bible really teach us about faith? This video seeks to answer that very question.

Tim Tebow, Francis Chan & Mainstream Skepticism

Wednesday, January 17, 2018

Recently, Jason A put out a video which centers on the impact that he’s had through his life, his ministry and his athleticism. What’s more, it seems that God has even worked a small miracle of sorts through the very statistics of Tim Tebows play. You can check out that highly recommended video here.  When we take a look at the body of work that Tebow has accomplished, as well as the manner in which he uses every opportunity he has to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we can’t help but be amazed at the things God is doing in our time. But, what’s even more amazing to me is the fact that – even in a video that so clearly demonstrates the impact that someone like Tim Tebow has, a quick trip to the comments section of that very video will demonstrate just how incredibly fast “followers of Christ” will condemn almost anything labeled “mainstream.”

In this video, we discuss how the prevalence of this behavior among “Christians” online is symptomatic of deeper, underlying heart issues that could be empowering Satan’s intentional efforts to destroy the love we’re called to posses in the body of Christ.

Christian Truthers: Taking Back the Title

Thursday, January 11, 2018

Some of the those within the Christian community have become exhausted by, irritated with, and outright hostile towards “Truthers” who happen to also call Jesus their Lord and Savior, essentially Truthers who are professing Christians. This is not because these truthers believe the gospel specifically – but because there seems to be more of a focus on conspiracy, than there is on the Word of God. Whether you’re arriving at this video/article with a passionate interest in conspiracy truther topics, or you’re of the mind that those topics are not beneficial whatsoever to spreading the gospel and discipling the body – I’d like to take a few minutes to explore what seems to be the biggest concerns within this group and hopefully encourage others to take another look at what it really means to be called a “Christian Truther.”

So, what are the major concerns with the Christian Truther concept?

From both extensive research online, as well as personal interactions I’ve had with followers of Jesus Christ over the last couple of years, I’ve encountered several within various communities that outright condemn the “Christian Truther” concept because they feel that too often, the personal interests truthers have in conspiratorial topics overshadows the level of interest these same people place in actually knowing and teaching the primary truth of God’s word. Now, after having been involved in this community, first as a viewer, then as a researcher and now as a content creator – I can personally testify that this has actually been a concern of mine as well.

Now, before anyone gets any crazy ideas and gets the impression that I’m condemning alternative research and understanding the hidden workings of the world – I need to be clear that this is not what I’m saying AT ALL, this type of research has been spiritually beneficial to me personally, and you’ll notice that we’ve provided recommended resources from trusted channels that cover quite of a few of these topics from a Biblical perspective quite well – right here on the Christian Truthers YouTube mainpage. So, in the search of continued fairness and the truth we all seek, I’ll try and address both sides of this issue as fairly and as best as I can.

Defending the Lord’s Prayer & The Pope Agenda

Sunday, December 17, 2017

As we move further along the path into the end times and start to make sense of some of the prophecies that Daniel, John, Jesus and others spoke of, we also must become keenly aware of the deceptions that are sure to manifest themselves – specifically as it deals with the manipulation of scripture and the authenticity of our Messiah as the Son of God.

That being said, some of you may have already encountered this recent statement made by Pope Francis that’s floating around, which deals specifically with his desire to change the Lord’s prayer as spoken by Jesus.  What’s more, he’s even citing it as a bad translation. Since we must remain incredibly vigilant in these times, I thought it would be important to address this statement head-on as it starts to “toy” with doctrine and with the idea that Jesus wasn’t perfect. By the way, this wouldn’t be the first time that Pope Francis implied error on Jesus’ part, but we’ll get into that in another video soon.

In this video, we’ll examine the specifics of the Greek-Hebrew translation using the interlinear resource and prove that, once again, the Pope seems to have an agenda to alter the truth of God’s word – perpetuating the notion that Pope Francis just might be the false prophet spoken of in the book of Revelation.

The Finale: The Powerful Fruit of the Holy Spirit

Tuesday, December 12, 2017

Originally, it was our aim to develop an individual video for each of the fruit of the Holy Spirit referenced in Galatians 5:22-23; however, since the final two fruit of “Gentleness and Self-Control” are so closely tied together, we thought it would be most beneficial to address both of these powerful final fruit in one lesson. We believe it’s one of God’s incredible purposes that allowed self-control to be the final fruit in the list – as it seems to become the “knot” at the end of the corded braid that holds together all the other characteristics of the Holy Spirit!

In the final video of the Fruit of the Spirit series, Justin addresses the true nature of meekness and self-control and the major “lessons learned” from his personal study throughout this series.

The Stolen Faithfulness Mystery

Friday, December 1, 2017

The topic of the fruit of the Spirit of faithfulness has likely been “covered” by hundreds, or even thousands of people throughout time; however, in my research on this topic, I found that far too often the application of faithfulness seems to simply mirror other common concepts such as loyalty – when this may not be quite right.

In the 7th part of the 9-Part Fruit of the Spirit series, Justin proves that, once again, the world’s definition of faithfulness has almost nothing to do with its true meaning for the children of God. Here we examine the proof that point to the notion that the secular definition and application of faithfulness has been stripped of its intended root meaning in Galatians 5. Was it intentional? You decide.

Joy Goes Beyond Krispy Kreme

Friday, December 1, 2017

Joy – a feeling of great pleasure or happiness. As a verb, joy means “to rejoice.” Personally, I think it’s interesting to note that “joy” is synonymous with triumph, exultation and even…rapture!

As we examine the second quality of the fruit of the Spirit mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23 (as the second part of the nine video series on the fruit of the Spirit), we’ll look at the difference between Spirit-filled joy and everything else this fallen world has to offer. Want more joy? The last few minutes are for you! Read More

Joshua’s Incredible (Hidden) End-Times Message

Friday, December 1, 2017

In this teaching from the Book of Joshua, we find an incredible connection between not only Joshua and Jesus Christ – but also between Rahab’s removal from destruction and the rapture of the end-times church.

Got Spirit? How to Find Out.

Thursday, November 30, 2017

A couple of weeks ago, Mike (yes, THE Mike – creator and exclusive producer of On Point Preparedness) asked me to share my testimony with his subscribers during a live YouTube event. You can check out that specific video here: From Combat Soldier to Christ – Real Testimonies.

Near the end of the live event, Mike opened up the remaining time for a short Q&A, during which a viewer asked us, “How can we be sure that the Holy Spirit is really in us.” Although we both gave him a little bit of input on ways we can be sure that the Holy Spirit dwells in us, I decided to spend the next several weeks diving more deeply into what I believe are the best indicators of the Holy Spirit’s workings in our lives… the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). In this first video of the ongoing series, we discuss the first fruit (or proof, if you will) of the Holy Spirit, love. Read More

A Two-Peace Every Christian Should Try On

Thursday, November 30, 2017

If you have relationship problems, financial problems, work problems – or even five children like I do; you may find yourself often wondering “what is peace?” Most of the world (and dare I say, even some Christians) believe that “peace” is something that is only attained at various points within your life (ie. retirement, vacation, etc.). Textbook definitions seem to agree with this sad and shallow outlook.

In this 3rd video of the 9-part fruit of the Spirit series (Galatians 5:22-23), we’ll find out that the world’s version of peace is only a mere shadow of the true, daily and eternal peace that only comes from reconciliation with our Father through Jesus Christ. Read More

Do You Know this Kind of Kindness?

Tuesday, November 28, 2017

Perhaps one of the most oversimplified, underutilized, and misunderstood fruits of the Spirit is kindness. Like all the other qualities of God, we’ll find very quickly that the world’s understanding of this virtue has a slightly different Biblical meaning and a vastly different application. Read More

Patience Through the Fire

Monday, November 27, 2017

When I was still in the Marine Corps, I once served as a Combat Instructor at “The Basic School” (TBS) in Quantico, Virginia, where we taught young officers the fundamentals of leadership in combat. As an instructor, one of the primary mantras we were often encouraged to teach others was this very simple phrase of “brilliance in the basics.”

I think it’s so incredibly interesting that as I’ve been diving deeper and deeper into understanding the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), that simple phrase seems to come to mind over and over again. These fundamental concepts are often covered when we are children – or perhaps glossed over in a single day at Sunday school, youth group or an annual topical sermon. However, I must tell you, it has been such an incredible journey for me as I’ve seen how understanding the fruit of the Spirit and meditating on their applications can truly impact the way we live for Christ and like Christ.

In this 4th video of the 9-part fruit of the Spirit series, we discover the incredible connection between the fire of God and the fruit of forbearance (patience).

Oh For Goodness’ Sake

Monday, November 27, 2017

What’s good my friends? No, seriously…what is good? I think it’s somewhat ironic that we use this expression so frequently and most of us don’t even realize what “good” truly is! Romans 8:28 tells us “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”  You may have often heard this verse used for encouragement, with the emphasis always being on “all things working together” or the general idea that things will work out for you because God loves you. However, there’s a little bit more to this common passage of scripture than you might have realized, and, I believe it starts with this very question…what is “good?” Read More
